When I had an opportunity to highlight the potential sophistication of the humble dumpling, I jumped at the chance. Ma La Dumplings creates food with the same ethos as I do – using only the best-quality, sustainably-sourced and local ingredients I can find. Ma La Dumplings wholesale manager Letitia Law wanted packaging and website imagery to match the quality of the dumplings – each expertly created from scratch in the Ma La Dumplings commercial kitchen in Margaret River. Using minimal props and targeted lighting, the vibrant colours of the food and the shine of the signature sauces brought the dishes to life. The imagery tells a story of the ultimate dumpling experience.
