Akoya are a beautiful, natural treasure that grow native to Western Australia. They are widely versatile. Perfect cured, cooked or raw, they can be complemented by a multitude of other flavours. In 2020 Leeuwin Coast became Australia’s first-ever carbon neutral aquaculture products.
For this content shoot I worked with photographer Jesssica Wyld to demonstrate the versatility of the Western Australian Akoya. We captured images allowing negative space for copy to be added as the images are used across the needs of the Leeuwin Coast marketing team.
